MOHAMMAD ISLAM

Academic Manager/Director of Studies

Mohammad is working as an Academic Manager at Training Masters. He is responsible for managing Training Masters operation, compliance, communications, employee relations, and curriculum development, e-learning and staff professional development, academic issues, class room issues Recognition of Prior Learning/Credit Transfer and Timetabling. He is also responsible for monitoring the control system of RTO to mitigate risks.

Mohammad has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science & Engineering and Master degree in Information Technology. He also holds qualification in Advanced Diploma in Marketing & Communication; Advanced Diploma Leadership & Management; Advanced Diploma of Business, Advanced Diploma of Management; Diploma of Information Technology.  He also completed several short courses in Strategic Management, Human Resources, Project Management and Education in Changing world. Human   Most importantly, he has extensive experience in VET industry as he is working for long time in this sector in different Institute in various roles & responsibilities. Mohammad has to manage trainers and provide them any necessary assistance or guidance. He also has to monitor students’ academic progress, identify the students who are facing difficulties with assessments and provide them feedback as a timely manner. He has strong leadership, managing and motivating skills which help him to achieve his goal. Mohammad ultimately devotes his efforts to the creation of a dedicated value proposition for the whole Training Masters community.

 


Shell Liang

Marketing Manager

Shell is working as a Marketing Manager at Training Masters.  She is responsible for managing enquiries and applications for potential students, liaise with education agents and participating in student recruitment activities, and to develop and deliver marketing strategies of the Training Masters.

Shell has completed Bachelor of Commerce (major in Marketing) & Master of Professional Accounting. She is very enthusiastic and flexible person with a friendly and professional manner who can develop a relationship with people from a range of countries and cultural backgrounds.

 


Cherry Liu

Student Services Officer

Cherry is working as a Student Services & Administration Officer at Training Masters.  She is responsible for the provision of all aspects of student Services. She is first point of contact for Student Enquiries. She is responsible for Management of student data including student enrolment, cancellation, withdrawal, student course program. Cherry assist the Academic Manager in the effective administration of student orientation, enter student course progress and attendance information into the database, identification and notification of students with low course progress, students with welfare counselling under the direction of the Academic Manager.

Cherry always ensure all student enquiries are handled efficiently and with and respect to the student and situation. She possesses a positive attitude and good management skills. She has extensive working experience in education industry. She has completed Bachelor of Business Studies (Marketing).

 


JENNY LI

Accounts Officer

Jenny is working as an Accounts officer at Training Masters.  She is responsible for accounting functions for the College. She holds a Master of Accounting (professional) with the degree of Master of Finance from Macquarie University.

She has advanced skills in variety of computer programs, including Microsoft Office and MYOB. She also has strong understandings of taxation, superannuation, financial planning, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payments processing. She has Strong interpersonal and communication skills. She believes in building and maintaining strong & long-lasting client relationships.

MUHITUR CHOWDHURY

Trainer/Assessor

Muhitur has Business Management professional with more than 10 years of experience in Real Estate, Telecommunication, Retail, Training & Teaching with hands on skills. He has acquired MBA qualifications in Professional Accounting in Australia, BBA qualification in Finance, Accounting & Marketing. He also Qualified in Advanced Diploma of Leadership & Management and a Certified Trainer and Assessor.

He has Worked with many International colleges, taught students who come from different ethnicity, cultures, languages, religious background and students are quite confident and comfortable with me as I could look at their problems through their eyes to get a better understanding and offering ideas to overcome them. Muhitur has sound experience in course design, course development, course delivery, resource development, assessment moderation and validation. He is involved in a large real estate working as Business Consultant.

 


MD AL AMIN

Trainer/Assessor

Amin is experienced in delivering training and possessing a range of transferrable skills. Amin is passionate about education, personal growth and development. Amin has background in teaching, marketing, business management, accounting, public speaking, counselling and support. He has sound Australian corporate work experience in management position at Krispy Kreme. He has knowledge and experience of 7 years in teaching to local and international students of all ages. His skills, education, work experience, life experience and dedication allow him to teach a wide variety of subjects with a professional but personal style.

Amin enjoys helping people to move forward in their careers, in their personal lives and finding a balance between the two. He is able to motivate and encourage people to reach their potential and exercise patience and tact when explaining where they need to improve.

 


MD MAHBUBUR RAHMAN

Trainer/Assessor

MD Mahbubur Rahman has long time teaching experience in Australia. He loves to teach Business, Management, Marketing and IT. He is very keen in Business and has strong Business background. He has excellent skills of handling students from different culture, nationality and language. He likes to solve difficult lessons in easy way to the students.

In addition, Mahbubur has more than 10 years’ experience in the retail, management, education & training industry in Australia. He worked on inventory, customer service, management and marketing. His another role is to organise & manage an event. He has a record of developing business and motivating a team consistently to exceed targets. Currently he is also engaged in a business as a Shift Manager & Event Consultant.

 


Mohammed Morshed Kawsar

Trainer/Assessor

Experienced in delivering training and possessing a range of transferrable skills, Morshed is passionate about education, personal growth and development. Morshed has background in teaching, communications, business management, ICT project management, public speaking, counselling and support. He has sound Australian corporate work experience in business support at Qantas airline, Sydney train, and British petroleum, NSW education. He has knowledge and experience of 5 years in teaching to local and international students of all ages. His skills, education, work experience, life experience and dedication allow him to teach a wide variety of subjects with a professional but personal style.

Israt Malek

Trainer/Assessor

Israt has experience in education industry for long time working as High school teacher in different schools in New South Wales. She has completed Master of Teaching from University of Western Sydney; Master of Education from University of New South Wales; Master of Arts from University of Dhaka and Bachelor of Arts (Hons in English Language and Literature) from University of Dhaka.

She is always willing to learn new things in VET as she entered into this industry recently and looks for the opportunity to put her skills into practice in the real-time work environment.

 


 

S M Mahmood Hassan

Trainer/Assessor

As a Trainer and Assessor, SM Mahmood Hassan is passionate about business, learning, and evidently passing on his knowledge. After finishing his Bachelor of Business in 2010, with other extensive qualifications in Human Recourses, Accounting, and Business Administration, Marketing & Communications, he started to work as an accountant/bookkeeper in an organization based in Sydney. He is also a member of CPA Australia through proving his ability in leadership, strategy, ethics, and governance. The understanding of the theoretical implications and the practical applications, in addition to his exposures to people from various backgrounds, makes Mr. Hassan an invaluable addition to this industry. His career spans educational management, marketing, teaching and experience in working within the AQTF and ESOS framework. He was a trainer & assessor at Sydney Metro College previously.
