About this qualification
This qualification develops highly specialised skills in organisational learning and capability development. Graduates generate and evaluate complex ideas and may design and lead major learning, development or workforce capability functions.
Learning focus: Develop organisational learning and development strategies; Lead knowledge management and information practices; Foster innovation, transformation and continuous improvement; Lead organisational change and strategic partnerships; Manage financial resources for organisational learning outcomes.
Entry requirements
The training package lists no entry requirements, but TM requires its general entry requirements plus an approved Diploma or higher qualification, a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or at least five years’ relevant business or management experience.
Study and employment pathways
Further study: You may apply for postgraduate or master’s study in management, human resources, organisational learning or education. The receiving provider determines admission and credit.
Employment possibilities: Possible roles include Learning and Development Manager, Training Manager, Workforce Capability Manager, Organisational Development Consultant or Learning Strategy Manager.

Assessment methods across this qualification may include written knowledge questions, projects, case studies, reports, presentations, practical activities, role-plays and observation in approved real or simulated contexts.
