How to apply

How to Apply
Applying to study at Training Masters is straightforward. Before applying, review your chosen course information, including entry requirements, duration, fees, delivery arrangements and relevant policies.
You may apply directly to Training Masters or through a current authorised Training Masters education agent.

Step 1 – Choose Your Course and Check Entry Requirements
Review the relevant course page and make sure you understand:
    • academic and English-language requirements;
    • age and LLN/digital literacy requirements;
    • any qualification-specific entry requirements;
    • course duration and delivery arrangements; and
    • tuition and non-tuition fees.
Meeting the minimum entry requirements does not automatically guarantee an offer. Training Masters will assess your application and course suitability.

Step 2 – Prepare Your Documents
Depending on your circumstances, you may need to provide:
    • current passport;
    • academic certificates and transcripts;
    • English-language evidence, where required;
    • evidence required for any course-specific entry requirements; and
    • any additional information requested by Training Masters.
Students applying from within Australia may also need to provide their current visa, CoE, OSHC information and previous provider details.
Documents not in English must be accompanied by an appropriate English translation.

Step 3 – Submit Your Application
Send your completed application and supporting documents to:
Email: admissions@tm.nsw.edu.au
You may also apply through a current authorised Training Masters education agent.
Important: Education agents must not provide immigration assistance unless legally authorised to do so. Students requiring immigration advice should use an appropriately authorised migration professional.

Step 4 – Application Assessment and Offer
Training Masters will assess your application against the applicable admission and course entry requirements.
We may request additional information or documents.
If your application is successful, you may receive:
Letter of Offer/Written Agreement – confirming your course, duration, commencement information, fees, payment arrangements, refund conditions and student obligations.
Please read the Written Agreement carefully before accepting your offer.

Step 5 – Accept Your Offer
To accept your offer:
  1. sign and return the required Written Agreement;
  2. satisfy any outstanding offer conditions; and
  3. pay the amount specified as due in your Written Agreement or invoice.
Use only official Training Masters payment instructions and keep copies of your Written Agreement, invoices and payment receipts.

Step 6 – Confirmation of Enrolment and Student Visa
Where applicable, Training Masters will issue a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) after the relevant admission and enrolment requirements have been completed.
If you require a Student visa (subclass 500), use your current CoE and follow the requirements of the Australian Government Department of Home Affairs.
Visa requirements, fees, processing times and conditions may change. Training Masters does not determine or guarantee visa outcomes.
Students transferring from another Australian education provider may also need to satisfy applicable student-transfer requirements before a CoE can be issued.

Step 7 – Prepare to Start Your Course
Before your course begins:
    • check your approved commencement date;
    • arrange OSHC where required;
    • organise accommodation and travel;
    • read the Student Handbook;
    • check your timetable and campus information;
    • activate your eLearning account when instructed; and
    • attend compulsory Student Orientation.
