Classrooms and Computer Facilities
Training Masters provides suitable classrooms, computer facilities and learning resources to support your training and assessment. Facilities are designed to provide a safe, respectful and productive learning environment.
Internet and Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi is available for students to access approved learning platforms, course materials and online research. Students must use the internet responsibly and in accordance with Training Masters’ Acceptable Use of Technology requirements. Illegal, inappropriate, offensive or unauthorised use of the internet is not permitted.
Learning Materials and Digital Resources
Students are provided with access to learning materials, assessment tools and relevant digital resources through the Training Masters eLearning platform and other approved systems. You are expected to bring your own device where advised and keep your login details secure. Course materials must only be used for your own study and must not be copied, shared or distributed without permission.
Practical Training Facilities and Equipment
Where required by your course, Training Masters provides access to practical training facilities, equipment, software and simulated workplace resources. Trainers will explain how to use these resources safely and correctly. Students must follow all instructions and use equipment only for approved learning activities.
Technology Requirements
Students need regular access to a suitable laptop or desktop computer, reliable internet, a current web browser, PDF-reading software, office-productivity software, a webcam and microphone, and their Training Masters email and eLearning accounts.
Course-specific software or equipment requirements will be advised in the relevant course information. Contact Student Services promptly if technology difficulties affect your participation or assessment.
Student Areas
Student areas are available for study, breaks and informal discussion. Students are expected to keep these areas clean, respect others and dispose of rubbish appropriately. Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the student at all times.
Health and Safety Requirements
All students must follow health and safety instructions, emergency procedures and any reasonable direction from Training Masters staff. Please report hazards, damaged equipment, injuries or unsafe conditions immediately. Students must not use equipment that appears damaged or unsafe. Smoking, vaping, alcohol, illegal drugs, harassment and unsafe behaviour are not permitted on campus.
