About this qualification

Entry requirements
Meet TM general entry requirements and have completed one of the following qualifications: BSB50320 Diploma of Human Resource Management; or BSB50618 Diploma of Human Resources Management (or a superseded equivalent version) or have four years equivalent full-time relevant work experience.
Study and employment pathways
Further study: You may apply for relevant bachelor or postgraduate study in human resources, management or business. Admission and credit are decided by the receiving provider.
Employment possibilities: Possible roles include HR Manager, Senior HR Business Partner, Workplace Relations Manager, Organisational Development Manager or Workforce Planning Manager. Senior roles require experience.
