About this qualification
This qualification builds practical skills for human resource support roles. Graduates may support all HR activities in a small organisation or contribute to a specialised HR function within a larger workplace.

Entry requirements
You must meet Training Masters’ general entry requirements. The national training package lists no additional entry requirements for this qualification.
Study and employment pathways
Further study: You may progress to BSB50320 Diploma of Human Resource Management or another relevant diploma. Admission and any credit are decided by the receiving provider.
Employment possibilities: Possible entry-level roles include Human Resources Officer, HR Coordinator, Recruitment Officer, HR/Payroll Support Officer or Human Resources Administrator.
